"arguable"

In a world considered by many to be flat, does "arguable" actualy mean anything at all? Gravity is "arguable". That Earth is over 6,000 years old is "arguable". That TFG has a brain is "arguable". That a disease that has killed >1,000,000 Americans even exists is "arguable".

"Closure"

Recently we had a word that meant things were closed; "closing", and a word meaning "emotional release" - closure.

Now we have no way of specifying which we mean, unless bridges, roads and schools need "emotional release". WTF!?

I really miss the word "clever". Seems to be MIA.
