For years I’ve had my own little private joke (well, perhaps not as private as I may have believed) that whenever it rains hard, “It’s good for the duck farmers.”

I never meant this combination of, “The ducks surely enjoy it”, and “It’s good for the farmers” to do anything beyond confuse people who should know just what I mean (but almost never do.)

Who knew?!?! (Sorry….)
