I hope you get the rest you need. My experience is not vastly different. I went on my Medium mental health break from December until just a few months ago. (Time is a tricky thing when EVERY day is almost identical for more than a full decade.)

I just last night ended a break from the gaming site Steam. I've been an avid PC gamer much of my life, but dealing with people that will only know about the end of the world when the Grim Reaper taps on the door of their mother's basement is emotionally draining. I've been gone for months, but now feel the need for that specific distraction.

(I apologize for what must sometimes seem as if I'm talking in code. I spend perhaps 6-10 hours a day reading news, and I need to realize most people don't. And as I think the world is aware, Americans typically think that only America actually exists.)
