I suspect that perhaps you're being partially tongue in cheek, since we already have that in the form of educational degrees and professional associations (American Medical Association and the like.)

Yet the clear evidence is that many people would still prefer getting their "truth" from internet trolls successfully scamming for billions of dollars by spreading lies and violence.

As soon as The Killer Wail told the lie that he loved the undereducated, it seemed to actively be a race to see who was most beloved by Frump the Plump Grump, and there seems to be no end to just how low these folks intend to go.

Personally, I'd prefer a "hate scale" to see who is most dangerous...

Still, if your idea could be achieved in some manner, I'd be inclined to use it.
