I'm inclined to think of Alex Jones, and his Sandy Hook lies heaped on his ignorant supporters, who then terrorized parents already victimized for a decade, as at the very least "actively and deliberately promoting violence".

The jurys that punished him to the tune of approximately $1 billion seemed to agree.

I'd be curious to see how this might be considered different...
