I’ve never taken entirely for granted just how wonderfully invisible I was in high school. It’s always been a matter of something akin to pride than not only was I “Not Pictured”, but also not “Listed” as “Not Pictured”. As such, despite my phone number not changing in most of almost 45 years since graduation, and having always maintained an address in my name in the county where I graduated, I’ve never been contacted about attending any such reunion.

I’m glad to not find out who died, truth be told. I’m happier to find out that in my college years I started to live!

(Admittedly, High School Zero feels better now than it did in 1975…..)
