Considering that this has only exploded in the past few years, despite Frump being a public figure for decades:

Was this orchestrated, or was Plump simply the first member of his own cult, and he just backed into the control techniques?

Also, is the cult #45 himself, or is it hate, and he simply represents the face of hate? (I've generally felt they didn't so much love him, as hate us. Of course, I'm not so sure now)

(Not sure I phrased that properly, but I suspect you know what I'm asking. And I think the "sex" aspect is more important than we realize.)
