I most strongly suspect that the answer from Philando Castile and countless other Black men would be the right's(sic) Sacred Amendment.

And very possibly the reimbursements paid to slave owners after the Civil War, compared to President Johnson's destruction of Lincoln's plan to (minimally) help freed slaves with 40 acres and a mule.
