I actually know of people who believed so profoundly that they deliberately lived off the clock for their entire working lives. Which will now be until their deaths, with nothing contributed. Thus, even more revolt, either when they learn the truth, or because they never do.

Misery, poverty and fear are always the fault of "them"; especially among people with no concept of personal responsibility.
