Personally, I'm grateful for the confusion.
Here in South Carolina I can imbibe of hemp for the severe pain I have suffered constantly for for more than 50 years legally, if not inexpensively. Admittedly, hemp isn't as effective at less than 0.3% THC, but with the clear DEA agenda to exterminate (literally) as many of us as possible, I'll take whatever small miracles I can get.
And yes, hemp IS marijuana, and I must detox before every appointment in which I may be drug tested, even though the CDC has for YEARS suggested that THC should be ignored if detected in such drug screens. (Kratom is helpful for those "detox weeks", and is neither (currently) detectable, nor dangerous when use moderately.)
(For those who think the DEA lacks the agenda I reference, my pain doctor's entire office has no awareness of any deaths ever from methadone (one of my opioid pain medications), yet methadone is exactly as restricted as are fentanyl and oxycontin, responsible for more than 1,000,000 deaths in America alone. Since 0 is not equal to 1,000,000, I become a bit paranoid, and very suspicious.)
And the DEA is all too aware of the thousands of suicides they are responsible for among pain sufferers, but they lack any signs of concern. So I continue to smoke hemp, and hope for a more compassionate future.
Thank you.
