So you're not aware, for example, that America has the ONLY for-profit healthcare system of ANY industrialized nation on Earth? And that the purpose of that healthcare in America is NOT to help people remain healthy, productive workers and taxpayers (as everywhere else on Earth), but simply to keep stockholders happy?

Or that, on the day social security was enacted, 1/3 of America's elderly rose from poverty? And that people draw out what they pay in?

Seems not, since anyone who wants to is FULLY FREE to pay into their own "programs", as you describe. But they don't, or we wouldn't even NEED them to be government programs.
