I'll give your kind response more attention tomorrow, but I'm exhausted tonight. I suppose we'll spend our lives speculating about just how helpful the ACA could have been if it had seen light of day as originally created, had Obama not faced some of the most contentious opposition in the history of American politics. (At least McConnell was uncharacteristically honest in saying his highest priority was to make Obama a one-term president, instead of actual governance.)

But then again, Obama was about as cozy with Wall Street as any president, so maybe I'm doing more dreaming than anything else.
