I'd like nothing more than to claim this to be an instance of GMTA, but the reality is that some ideas are a step beyond universal, yet still don’t make enough people angry for change to occur. And that last man with all the paper? He will still be counting money as he stuffs it in his pockets, all the while checking the most recent Forbes listing for his name.

I'm pretty sure you’re right about it being a he, as well as white. (Right now I’d be thrilled to meet even a single white American who does not claim to be 100% innocent of benefiting from white privilege.)
