The "NEA" they used to hate was the National Endowment for the Arts.

But now I guess it's anything attemping to show that hate isn't the only path available for America's children to follow.

How odd, for people unable/unwilling to read anything. But perhaps not, for those obviously too D.U.M. to know the difference anymore....
