They can tell who's pregnant, at least at some point in the pregnancy.

They can tell who is Black, with some degree of success.

What will the GQP led Scorched Earth Court decide is an appropriate "constitutional step" to be certain of exactly who is LGBTQIA+?

Forehead tattoos? Electronic collars, paid for by the wearer and required to be visible in all circumstances? Removal of a specific finger joint? Blinding in a certain eye? Castration for males? All of the above?

I think we can presume it will be something, and at the very least, a name on a public list.
